The Push Settings tab in your SuperBuzz dashboard is where you control everything related to push notification setup, subscription prompts, and engagement behavior.
This guide will walk you through what each section means, what it does, and how to set it up.

How to Access Push Settings
- Log in to your SuperBuzz account at www.superbuzz.io.
- From your Home Dashboard, click on your website URL under the “Website” field.
- In the left-hand menu, click Push Settings (Located under AI Settings).
- You’re now in the Push Settings Tab, where you can:
- Complete your SDK integration (If you still haven’t)
- Set up your subscription prompt
- Configure engagement levels and notifications

Section 1: SDK Integration Setup
You should have completed the SDK integration already when you initially added your domain. However, if you missed that step, you can access the integration instructions here in the Push Settings tab as well.
Each integration process varies depending on your website platform (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or Others).

Section 2: Push Notification Settings
Platform
- Select the type of website platform you’re using.
- WordPress
- Shopify
- Or Other
Level of Engagement

What it does:
Controls how often subscribers receive notifications.

Options:
- Minimum number of messages. - Send out the very minimum amount.
- Optimal number of messages (Recommended). - ensures you’re not spamming users while keeping them engaged.
- High number of messages. - Send out the most messages possible that the AI deems appropriate to your users
Optimization Method

What it does:
Determines how AI crafts push notifications.

Options:
- Structure Optimized. - Just uses your content from your site for smart notifications
- Behavior Optimized. - Just uses your users' behaviors on your site for smart notifications.
- Combined structure and behavior optimized (Recommended) - Uses your content + user behavior for smarter notifications.
Use Subscription Prompt
- Enables SuperBuzz to automatically display a permission prompt asking visitors to subscribe.

Section 3: Permission Preloaders Prompt
SuperBuzz allows you to customize the pre-permission prompt that appears when a user first enters your website.
You can choose from two styles of permission prompts:
Style 1 (Default Prompt)
A clean, simple opt-in prompt with customizable messaging and buttons.
Available Fields:

Text 1 (Top Text):
e.g., "Would you like to receive Push Notifications?"

Text 2 (Body Text):
e.g., "We promise to only send you relevant content and updates"

Allow Text:
e.g., "Allow"

Deny Text:
e.g., "No Thanks"

Show After:
Set delay in seconds (e.g., 1 second after page load)

Remove Branding:
Optionally hide the "Powered by SuperBuzz" branding
Style 2 (Topic-Based Prompt)
An enhanced prompt that allows users to select content topics they are interested in. Ideal for segmented and personalized push messaging.
Available Fields:

Text (Prompt Message):
e.g., "Receive the latest news, updates and offers as they happen."

Topics:
List up to six selectable categories (e.g., topic 1 – topic 6)

Topic Checkboxes:
Users can opt in to specific topics (e.g., topic 1✔, topic 2✔, etc.)

Allow Text:
e.g., "Allow"

Deny Text:
e.g., "No Thanks"

Icon Upload:
Drag & drop or click to upload a custom logo/icon (optional)

Show After:
Set delay in seconds (e.g., 1 second after page load)
Analytics
You can track this user's prompt performance after you’ve created it to see if you need any adjustments or if Type one or Type two might work better than the other.
These Analytics show:

Section 4: Welcome Notification
Send new subscribers a friendly confirmation message after they subscribed to receive push notifications.
Customizable Fields:
- Send Welcome Notification: Toggle on/off
- Icon: Upload a brand image
- Title: e.g., “Thank you for subscribing.”
- Body: e.g., “We promise to only send you relevant content and updates.”

Section 5: Safari Push Settings (Optional)
For targeting users on Safari 15 or older, you can configure:

Note: This is only required for legacy Safari support. Newer Safari versions follow standard web push behavior.
