Push Users Tab Guide
The Push Users tab provides a detailed view of everyone who has subscribed to receive push notifications from your website. This analytics-focused page helps you better understand your audience and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.

How to Access the Push Users Tab
- Log in to your SuperBuzz account at www.superbuzz.io.
- From your dashboard home page, click on your website in the “Website” field.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Push Users.

What You’ll See on This Page
At the top of the page, you'll find key summary metrics:

Subscribed Users: Total number of users who opted into receiving push notifications

Active Users: Users who have recently engaged with push notifications
- Push Messages Sent: Cumulative number of push notifications sent from your site
Push Users Table – What the Data Shows
| Column | Description |
| Browser | The browser each user was using when they subscribed (e.g., Chrome, Safari) |
| Platform | The device type (e.g., Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) |
| Device | Mac, Dell, HP, Mobile etc |
| Country | The user’s location based on IP |
| Language | User’s browser language (e.g., en-US, fr-FR |
| First Session | Date when the user first visited and subscribed |
| Last Session | Most recent activity or engagement on your site |
| Status | Whether the subscription is active or inactive |
You can filter data by Status and Country, and search specific users or values using the Search bar.

Exporting the Data
Want to use this data externally?
- Click the Export button located at the top-right corner of the analytics table.
- This will download the entire Push User list as an Excel (.xlsx) file, perfect for internal reports, external documentation, or campaign targeting.

How to Use This Information
You can use the insights on this page to:

Segment users by country, language, device, or activity
- Target specific user groups with Manual Campaigns or AI Push Campaigns
- Understand what types of users are most active or likely to re-engage
