Before you start your test we are asking you to add your payment method. We will not charge it until the test period is over.
For our Free Trial, we run a $1 pre authorization fee which is not an actual charge and will be reversed.
Once the test period is over, we will start charging your payment method according to the plan you choose when you started your subscription.

Failed charge can occur when entering your payment method after creating your account or during your subscription period.
Why is this happening?
Incorrect card details
The most common reason for declined payment is entering incorrect card details like Incorrect Card Number, Zip Code, expiration date, billing address or CVC etc.
Double check that your card information is correct and re-entering that information.
If all details are correct and your card is declined again, try a different payment method.
Insufficient funds
Another option for declining your payment is insufficient funds. In such a case, check with your bank to ensure that your card has enough funds for the plan you are on, adjust to a different plan if needed or try a different payment method.
General decline
When your card issuer receives a charge, their automated systems and models decide whether to authorize it. Your bank or card issuer may decline the charge for different reasons. In this case, reach out to your bank to check in on why this is happening or try a different payment method.
If this is your first payment, once the payment is resolved make sure to add your website and complete integration so you can start benefiting from the free trial period and seeing results!
